Unrecognized virtual machine hw16 (VMWare) Change Version

Masalah ini sering terjadi jika menggunakan virtual machine pada versi vmware yang berbeda.

Karena itu kita harus menyesuaikannya, berikut cara nya : 

• Pada virtual machine 
• Pilih menu VM > Manage > Change Hardware Compability
• Ikuti petunjuk pada Wizard.
• dan Finish.
• Setelah itu running virtual machine yang diinginkan maka akan muncul pesan berikut
• dan pilih option "I Moved It" tapi jika tidak tau pilih option "I Copied It"

• Maka virtual machine akan berfungsi normal kembali.

Ini terjadi karena Hyper-V role terjadi conflict dengan aplikasi VMWare Workstation.

Untuk disable fungsi tersebut kita dapat jalankan command berikut pada CMD (administrator): 

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

Disarankan untuk restart windows.

Untuk enable Hyper-V dapat kita jalankan command berikut : 

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto

serta command berikut

Dism /online /disable-feature /featurename:Microsoft-Hyper-V
